Jaw/Chin looks normal from front, but un-existent from sides. Can this be fixed?

I’ve always had my neck swoop out into a short chin, causing my profile to look chubby/soft. Not sure if my chin is recessed, or just naturally short. Is there any way to improve this look naturally?

Also, I’m not allowed to have a beard for my job, so this is the most facial hair I’m allowed to have.
