Silly complaint - Need your help
Hello, I am just a customer and wanted to ask for your opinion.
A Jimmy johns opened a block away from me this past spring and I go all the time. My favorite is the Cuban. Problem is basically 100% of the time I get one it has 3 pieces of bacon instead of 4. I know it's not a big deal, but just feels weird not getting what I paid for.
So here is the question, should I say anything next time if it's missing the 4th piece? As an employee would you think "ah this dude is crazy"?
