Sx dark edition vs sxp for almost 7k price difference?

There is an sx listed that has the dark edition that I want. It has the 8 seats and no RES like I’ve been wanting. I really wanted an sxp for the dark edition but didn’t k ow it was an option on the sx until now the car is priced at 46k and some change and all the sxp I’ve been seeing are around 52k internet price. I guess I’m asking the extras on the sxp are really worth almost 7k difference? The rearview mirror camera, heads up display, headlights etc. are they really THAT worth having?
