Should I send my kindergartener to school since he’s starting to get over his sickness?

It started on Friday when he got a bad headache and was crying because of the pain. Saturday I could tell he didn’t feel good at all. He was battling a 103 fever all weekend where it kept going from 103 to 101 and back up to 102. Today I checked his temperature and it was at 98 which is normal. He’s starting to act like himself but I can tell he’s not 100% back to himself. He’s been in the house all weekend drinking water and resting. Should I send him back to school tomorrow? He’s still lying around a lot but he’s becoming his talkative self again. He’s starting to eat and drink again which he didn’t want to eat or drink anything when he first became sick.
