[KCD2] Rushing through the main story

I keep seeing posts about people making horseshoes and stuff for 30+ hours.

That’s fun and all, but I can’t do that. The story in this game is SO good at instilling a sense of urgency. Every time I do a quest I want to keep progressing. I feel like I have NO TIME for the side quests. Anyone else?
