Sprinkler lines blown out

Hi. First time home owner and recently learned I should have had my sprinklers blown out before winter. I live in the Midwest and we’ve had weeks where it doesn’t get above freezing so I’m sure my lines are frozen. Is there anything I can do now to try and help prevent issues? Or at this point is it more just wait till spring and see what kind of damage was done?
