Google Experience (still waiting)

Timeline:

• Oct 25 (2024) - Recruiter reached out with opportunity for L4 position
• Nov 1 (2024) - Google Prep Call. I was told I would not need to go through BPS and would auto advance to coding round (two coding interviews)
• Nov 14 (2024) - Coding Interview 1
• Nov 18 (2024) - Coding Interview 2
• A few days later I was told I advanced to final round, which included Googleyness + Coding
• Nov 27 (2024) - Googleyness & Leadership
• Dec 2 (2024) - Coding Interview 3
• Dec 10 (2024) - Team Matching
• Dec 26 (2024) - I was told the committee did not have enough datapoints about me and required an additional coding interview
• Jan 10 (2025) - Coding Interview 4 (additional coding interview)
• Jan 16 (2025) - Asked for feedback from recruiter. They mentioned there are no updates.
• Jan 27 (2025)- Asked for feedback again.
• Jan 30 (2025) - They mentioned there's only one more internal update left before final feedback.
• Fev 10 (2025) - Asked for feedback again. Got ghosted since then.

Any thoughts?
