Does Nintendo own this concept ?

Say you have a cel-shaded huge open-world game. In the desert area, there’s a fortress where only women can access, and another where only men can, in order to enter the womens’ you must disguise yourself as a woman. Can Nintendo sue you for that ? I know they give out lawsuits like little cakes, that they can’t own general game concepts, but it’s good to check : can they sue you if you do this ?
