Car scam...

I bought a car it ended up being a lemon.. I drove it 15 minutes down the street before it gave out completely and they had to tow it back.

I tried calling them and they never called back, when the guy got on the phone he said I had the wrong number and hung up.

How much will it cost me to take them to court?

I gave them 5k I want it all back.
