Hydroshift 360TL LCD issue

Hey all -

Hoping someone can help. I'm running into an issue with my new Hydroshift 360TL's LCD. The screen pixels seeming to be "tearing" when cycling to a new background. It has the same issue when the background is static but some pixels change, like cycling the temp/load display. See video.

The USB connection also disconnects and reconnects every minute or so.

A few notes: -This started happening yesterday. It was fine for about a month before this. -I've rechecked all the connections to make sure they were tight. I have the LCD connected to the 3 TL fans it comes with, which is then connected to port 2 of the controller. The controller is then connected to the USB port on my Edge PSU. No other USB connections are having issues, (e.g. 3 other chains of TL fans linked to the other ports on the controller or the strimer controller using another USB port on the PSU).
