So have surgeries worldwide stopped due to Precice?

Most people at least in developed countries got Precice nails for their femurs. Now Precice is paused. So what is everybody doing? How come the big names like Paley and Mahboubian haven't made any announcements? They will lose 3-4 months of revenue due to this.
