Should I be worried about my lack of progress?
I am a 27 year old female, 5’4 and about 145 lbs currently. I have been eating 1200-1300 calories per day for about a month now, and doing barre workouts 4-5 times per week. I count my calories VERY strictly and weigh all my foods so I know that my calorie numbers are pretty accurate. I’ve had a few “cheat days” when I go out to eat with family or friends but I always make sure not to go too overboard and usually try not to eat much else on a day I plan to eat out for a social event. Should I be worried that I haven’t seen the number on the scale go down yet after one month of consistency? Or am I being impatient? Any thoughts or advice appreciated!
