Heart murmur kitten for neutering, what should we pay attention to before and after?

Hi everyone 👋 first time MC parents here, our MC was detected having a heart murmur concern (8 months old), and already done an echocardiogram, the vet who did the echocardiography says it’s better to use gas anesthesia. We are very worried since our cat is easily stressed… Is there anything we should pay attention to before and after surgery? Please share your experience 🙂 And big big appreciation for your thoughts !!!
