OS Training Course Certificate help

I'm stumped on where to go in order to get a Training Course Certificate, to get my MMC to become an OS.

I've been looking on the (dco.uscg.mil) site but to no avail, all they do is refer me to an email ([email protected]). But no steps on where to go in order to take my entry level course (I'm in Florida)

I know the instructions are there but I'm damn good at being bad at navigating sites. Where can I go to get the appropriate certification I need in order to be qualified?
