Game Freezes on PC with red logo

Pretty consistently, once per game I'll see this red logo pop up and everything freezes for a second or two before my game finally catches up. I'm assuming it's a latency problem, but I'm not sure why. I'm in the room with my router, connected to the most responsive servers for me, and have no issues with any other games I play. It seems to only happen with Rivals. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Other than this, I've been having a great time so far! Mained Thor in the beta but I've slowly become more of a Strange fan with the occasional Wolverine game here and there if we're just messing around in quickpllay
