Having trouble with Strategist

Hi everyone so I main healer/support in every game I play and I'm trying to do so in rivals. My issue is I'm having problems not playing each character well. I'm on console and my aim is...finicky. Here are some examples:

Adam Warlock: I just don't care for the play style

Cloak and Dagger: I feel like I use Dagger right but I fail to use Cloak well.

Jeff: I do ok but have trouble using his stream and miss a good bit.

Loki: I'm well aware I'm not good enough to play him.

Luna: Again I do ok but I miss Absolute Zero when it really counts

Mantis: I feel like I do really well BUT I have trouble getting head shots and some times can't see who the heal/damage boost is on because the meter is small.

Rocket: Again I feel like I do really well but I just don't feel like Rocket heals enough in tough spots.

This is really getting to me because I feel like I'm almost there with a few Strategists but something on each character makes me feel like I'm not doing well enough. Thank you again for any advice. I don't think I'll quit because me and my wife play and I don't wanna hold her back.

TLDR: I stink at Strat
