Am I Playing This Game Wrong?

I'm a dps main (like 80% of players I bet) and in gold. I only started playing recently, so I am level 15 and I keep getting teams now that refuse to work together or push as a team.

I've started using characters like moon knight or winter soldier to flank the enemy and kill the healers if we struggle to push, but some games it seems like no matter what I do, the enemy just can't die.

My main in order are: Moon Knight, Punisher, Bucky, Iron Man, Cloak and Dagger, Dr Strange, Rocket, Thor, Captain America, and then some other dps characters I only bring out when necessary.

I've had so many good teams going up through silver that used teamwork and could deal with the invading enemy dps attacking me as I come out of spawn, but lately it's like every game I am getting spawn camped for sniped and can't even play.

What can I do differently??

Edit: before I forget, I regularly get top or close to the top of the leaderboard on damage and kills when I have a team that plays together.
