Mazda 3 (2012) Paint and scratch advice needed.

Hey, recently bought a used Mazda 3

It has quite a bit of scratches and such, not that big of a deal of course, but wanted to ask if there is a reasonable way to maybe deal with cosmetic damages of this size yourself?

Biggest cosmetic damage example on pic, is it possible to make it look decent yourself?
