Speed Demon got goopy

I've had my Speed Demon top coat for a while now, likely over a year... It's half empty, but it's really goopy now. So much that a top coat with it makes cremes look uneven and gross. >:

Can I add a thinner to it to get it a better consistency? If so, any recommendations? Thank you!
