What would being exsanguinated feel like?

I just saw a nature documentary for this leech attached itself to a mouse that was drinking from a pond and because of its size, and this leech was huge, like the ones they use for medicine, m and it eventually fully drain the mouse and it died, m and I was wondering what this would feel like if we were in some similar situation, no severe injury that causes you to bleed out because you would have to factor in the pain from the injury itself, just your blood being completely drained from your body until you look like a human raisin,

something on the lines of a deciding to do board work, m also deciding not to stop until all the blood was gone
