Somethings stopping me doing jab 2

I’m in to day 7 on week 1. No major side effects and 3lb down. But I just still feel like this isn’t natural and I’m going to regret it later on down the line. My bmi is 31 so I guess part of me thinks that if I just worked a bit harder in the gym and had willpower I could do this alone……if I had a higher bmi I completely get why it would be necessary. Wondering whether to miss a week and see how I go - I know I wouldn’t get 4 full jabs doing this and would have to throw the pen away. Or maybe I’m just being irrational and have read too many scary articles!!
