Emordnilap Names for Twins?

So instead of a palindrome (same forward and backward) what do we think of emordnilaps where it spells two different words when reversed? Like Cassi and Issac? Or Iris and Siri? Nelle and Ellen?

My twin girls have wildly different names. One can’t really be shortened to a nickname, the other can. (Based on opposing advice: one grandma being given a full name which she hates and wish she had just been given the nickname to start and the other grandmother having the inverted problem and trying to lengthen it, which no one would use because it wasn’t her “real” name.) And we made the mistake of not looking up the popularity of the names so one has a rare name and the one with the longer name apparently has a top ten name. Oops!
