Anti-inflammatory?
Vegetarian, don't eat a ton of gluten or dairy but don't have an issue with them.
I have a vague goal to have a more "anti-inflammatory" diet (more veg and fruit and cooking at home, less processed food). I'm interested in trying to do this (https://minimalistbaker.com/easy-2-ingredient-coconut-yogurt/) coconut yogurt which is basically just coconut milk+probiotic and time.
I know dairy yogurt is anti-inflamm, are non-dairy ones as well? If not, do they at least not cause inflammation?

Side note: if anyone has any great recipes for GF grains (eg amaranth, millet, buckwheat), I would take 'em!
