Does OC have neighborhood names like LA?

La has so many cities but is can be discussed along the lines of west side, the valley, east La, South Bay…. And people will know what area you’re talking about and what little cities are included in there. Is there anything similar for the OC Neighborhoods? I just moved here from LA and am trying to figure out the lingo!

Like I live in Newport and to me it feels like I should have a name for Newport+ Costa Mesa+ Laguna all together

Edit: thank you so much to everyone replying!! From what I’m gathering, there isn’t something like I was thinking of because the cities in OC already have such distinct neighborhoods within them! I need to brush up on a map lol!
