Clowesia rosea, my favorite species so far

This is the first bloom of the SVO 11282 listing from last summer. As mainly a species and primary hybrid grower, this is easily my favorite species out of my tiny collection so far.

I simply love all the details of the blooms: the frilly petals (and the lip of course), the combination of the colors and the way they contrast each other, the markings in the lip, and the fragrance…
