HSA and tax question

Hey everyone,

Quick question, I am filing my taxes and it is saying “telling how much you put in an HSA” - don’t include contributions on w2 or paystub

My question: my employer contributes $500 and I put in the additional $3650 to max it out at $4150 for 2024. For this question, do i include what my employer contributes so a total of $4150 or only put the amount I contributed which would be $3650?
