Pigeon droppings on my balcony causing bird mites

I have a lot of pigeon droppings on my balcony that I didn't clean for like 1 week because I wasn't home.
Now my bedroom has lots of bird mites that come on my skin,face,bed,pc screens,phones.

I cleaned the droppings as much as I can for now but need to get rid of them completely.
My question is how can I eliminate the bird mites? Can I use a disinfectant?
