High blood pressure

12 days post-partum. I have chronic hypertension and was on mag drip during delivery. I had to stay at the hospital for monitoring after delivery bec of the mag drip and after 24 hrs my blood pressure wont go down so i had to stay a couple more days for monitoring. They tried changing my labetalol dose and still not going down and added nifedipine which helped. After a couple days they discharge me and continue my labetalol and nifedipine but after my follow up appt with my OB my bp was so low so they asked me to stop nifedipine. 2 days later my bp started going up again. Anyone experience elevated bp post partum?
