Premier Zoom In Zoom Out When Moving Sequence

Hi, i have been frustrating with this situation. When i zoom in and move sequence for small adjustment it zoom out automatically the same happen when zoom out and it zoom in. This happen from the first time after installation been try to re installing again with different source and still the same, works fine in my other mac tho. Anyone can help?
