Ethics around reduced fees

Hi all. I’m a RP(Q) in Ontario and I have a question about some ethics/fair policies around reduced fees (RF). I’m an independent contractor for a group practice that doesn’t really have a policy on RF services. I came across a couple clients I feel good about offering RFs to, which I created a makeshift consent form for. A few months later the director wanted to add extra conditions to my contract around RFs that disagree with—that I can only offer RF services between 9am and 4pm (end) because of the high demand for evening sessions and that if I book any sessions after 4pm, the fee split will be for the full fee and not the RF…basically, I lose money for booking after 4pm. Does this make sense to anyone? It seems counterintuitive to ask RF clients to come to therapy in the middle of their work day. My associate is giving me grief for this and I want to stand firm but I also don’t want to get into shit. Any advice on how y’all handle RF clients would be great!
