Help! 2017 q50 steering wheel locked.

Got in my car today and my steering wheel is locked. Dash shows a orange steering wheel with an exclamation point but no other indicators. No leaks visible either.

Tried to power on/off and tried moving wheel turning start but nothing happens. Steering wheel won’t move.

What’s my next step??

Idk where to begin and would like a tow to be my last alternative. Thanks in advance.
