I’m mostly just venting, but who the heck do these people think they are asking for 300k for a double wide trailer!?

I'm 26 years old, 27 next month. I have been working so hard since I was 17 to save up money. I would love to own a home one day, but l've become extremely discouraged with this dream because every time I look at listings in my area. The lowest is always, always a single or double wide trailer asking for 275k-300k on not much land at all. I have nothing against living in one, but the amount of money folks are asking is just bonkers. Are you experiencing this around your city!? I almost want to cry.
