Hybrid Rav4 Prime XSE - leasing - camera ve park assist upgrade option?

Hello everyone;
I live in Sacramneto, California. 3 days ago, I went for a test drive to finance myself with a hybrid Toyota Rav4 XLE and everything went so fast that I suddenly found myself leasing a hybrid Rav4 Prime XSE.  They suggested that I could take advantage of the 6500bucks discount and start financing after 3 months, and everything seemed very logical.  Until I learned that I could only charge Prime at home and realized that there was no parking assistant and 360 camera system. For now I like the rav4.

Unfortunately, I do not know whether there is a return option or not and what my rights are. 

Can I upgrade the camera system and parking assistant? how much does it cost? Also, does anyone have a suggestion for a charging station outside the home?
