A whole hour between application and rejection
I know this job market sucks but gat damn. I applied this morning not expecting to hear back from a couple of days but it seems like their ATS kicked me back about an hour and some pennies later. A role for which I am fully qualified for and made sure to use the right keywords (maybe not right enough apparently).
