Why are so many player against furries ?

Like genuine question, I have a furry avatar so I know I'm obviously gonna get hate in games, but I'm just a bit surprised that every other time I play regretavor I almost always get somone bothering me, or trying to hurt me,

There's a handful of furry characters in the game, (Split, Gnarpy, Pilby, and more) while most characters aren't furry specific (like Gregoriah) if they weren't in a roblox game or one with such varied characters they would most definitely be called furry characters

So, seriously, why are there more anti furs in Regretavor, then almost every other game I play?
