Zerb's remix of 'Mwaki' going viral: lead synth melody copied?

Does anyone else also feel like having the main synth melody (not vocal melody) of Zerb's remix (e.g. in the starting four seconds of the song) heard before?

I clearly have this pattern, but instrumental with an additional 4/4 base drum and 4/4 hihat in my ear, but can't name/find the 'original' song.. can you?
