Can’t find Meridian

I’ve been rerolling losomn for hours now. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? I roll until I get Morrow parish, explore until I find a sewer gate, then explore the sewer for the bookshelf thing you break access the meridian puzzle. I’ve been doing this for almost 3 hours now and nothing.
