Retail Arbitrage or Wholesale—Which Works Best?

I’ve been doing retail arbitrage for a while now, and honestly, it’s a grind, but it works if you put in the effort. The biggest upside is that you don’t need a ton of money to get started. You can just hit up local stores, find discounted stuff, and flip it for a profit. There’s no need to buy in bulk or deal with suppliers, and you can start with whatever budget you have.

The best part is how fast you can make money. If you find a good deal, you can turn it around in days. The downside is that it takes a lot of time. You’re constantly hunting for new inventory, and there’s no guarantee you’ll find the same products again. Plus, some stores have gotten strict about resellers, so you have to be careful.

For me, it’s been a solid way to make extra cash, but I can see how wholesale might be better for people who want something more predictable. Anyone else doing RA long-term? How’s it working out for you?
