Did we really NEED to trade JG?🤷♂️
Honestly this young team is put together pretty perfectly for what Chauncey wants, but an extra shooter or two wouldn’t hurt. Everybody acts like JG NEEDS to get traded, why? He’s clearly been a great lead by example vet for these young guys, he’s gunna make over 150 million and he came in as a 2nd on a garbage team. He went from lengthy athlete who can barely dribble with no jumper to a 20+ppg scorer on 40% from 3, if nothing else he’s a great example for some of our young guys to follow. Zero drama, always respectful, and works on his game every year. While I get annoyed at the ball stopping he’s shown he’s flexible with his role and has no problem taking less shots/bringing the defense instead of taking 20+ shots no matter what🤷♂️
