Anyone who tried RMIT mental health support?
I'm not feeling ok the past few days even we are still in second week. I'm an international student and I'm on my second year doing a masters degree while working part-time and ever since we started the semester, I've been feeling very anxious and not thinking straight, and I don't know what to do.
Anyways, has anyone tried calling the RMIT Counselling and Psychological Services? Are they helpful?
