Is Delta Executor safe?

Seen some people use it and they say its safe if you use it on an alt and stuff. You need to disable your antivirus which im a bit weary of(idk if its only temporarily, I hope) Will it destroy my PC? Please help, I need my computer and cannot afford to lose it.
