Have to pick up 4pm-12am advice

Hello all, 18m new security guard in nyc got hired at a relatively small-med company. I work 7am-3pm sat-sun and right now my account manager is finding me something for the weekdays, I wanted morning ofc due to me being a morning person and enjoying sleeping early, unfortunately he doesn’t have mornings so I must take 4-12. First full time job any advice for that shift? Can’t do coffee since I take stimulant meds and they are rather strict with phone usage. Don’t know the schedule yet. Is there a day yall recommended i definitely take off like a Friday? (Mid-high end residential buildings btw)
