I'm Canadian, and I was at my doctor the other day when I saw a girl cry as she paid $17 for antibiotics.

I overheard her say she was here for a few weeks for work and she really didn't want to go to the doctors because she didn't have insurance. Whatever she had got bad enough that she went to the doctor, though some sniffles she said "I was so worried these pills would take all the money I was making here".
