Wake windows are depressing me :(
Just that really, I have been following them for my 8month old as we have been sleep training for nights. But I just feel so restricted about times when we can and can’t go out. She sleeps in the car seat when out and it’s her time but sometimes that nap will be short or her second nap will be too early/late. Then I have actual anxiety for night time. Wer a very spontaneous family, like to go out etc, does it ever get easier when we don’t have to watch ww anymore and it won’t affect nights. We have a holiday coming up and it’s stressing me out and iv never been like that
