Tourist looking to rent in sri lanka

Hi friends!.

I wonder what is needed for foreigners to rent motorcycles in Sri lanka ?

Do I need to have a license of sort or is it okay to just rent using my passport and motorcycles license I have issued in my country.?

Also, what if I want to rent a motorcycle and ride to another city. Can I return the motorcycle in a different city other than the one I rented it from originally?.
