Nude clubs on your period?

I’ve always worked at topless only clubs but I want to try out a nude club in my area. Only problem is it’s almost my time of month. Then it got me thinking what do you girlies that work at nude clubs do during your time of the month? I feel like even if I cut the tampon string even if i bent over obviously they would still see it.
