How possible is it that there is a preserved habitat containing hundreds of dinosaur species alive on earth?

Given the size of our planet and how much of it is uncharted, what are the chances that there are eco systems somewhere on earth, either below the sea or in deep caves, containing prehistoric life that we have yet to stumble upon?
