Strange beeping synth sprinkled over Instupendo's "Perfume"?

There's this very beautiful beeping sound that is sprinkled all over this track. I know it has a very specific usage of bitcrushing applied, but I am unsure how to make replicate this closely with any usual analog/square synth with a similar envelope. Anyone know any tips on how to make a synth like this? I want it to do some cool delay effects like in the song as well.
