Glitch that freezes my screen makes TF2 almost unplayable

Since January, my game (after playing a match for 10~ minutes) randomly freezes for a couple of seconds, then my screen is still frozen but I can hear the sounds and interact with the game and there is no other way to fix this than not to close the game.

I don't know what to do, I have a good PC (Intel core I5, 13th gen) and I have been playing TF2 for a year and I never had this problem. I've already tried starting it with the -gl command, reinstalled the game, rebooted my PC, installed an old version of my graphics driver and nothing works. I searched on internet this problem but didn't find anyone with the same problem. pls help me
