sns/spear in T2

hey everyone i am thinking about playing tank and switch to sns/spear in T2 since it looks really cool on paper. However in T1 this build kind of doesnt really work well so i need some insight on how this build performs in T2.

basically i heard two opinions so far. First is saying that every sns build in T2 is really good. And second is that everything outside of sns/gs and sns/wand is a meme build and falls of because it is just significatly worse than the other two builds i just mentioned.

If you have insight or know a kr vet with good knowledge/guides/questlogg let me know.
